Need support?

The alien is a fictional character and cannot help in a crisis. These people can. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

• In the US: call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, at any hour.
• In the US: text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
• Elsewhere: findahelpline.com lists support services by country.

If you are lonely rather than in crisis, a friend, a doctor, or a local community group is a good place to begin.
